Encounter Animals

Have you ever wanted to encounter your favourite animals? Well here is your chance!

On the days we’re open we have opportunities throughout the day to join our brilliant keeper team for 20-min Encounters with a diverse range of animals. Learn about the individuals, help to feed, train & give them enrichment.

All Participants must be 7yrs old.

Encounters happen once a day, per species and these times are set and unmoveable.

Maximum Number of people cannot be adjusted, supervising adult will need to be included in the Max. Number.

General Admission tickets will need to be additionally purchased and are not included in Encounter price.

Please use the comment box when booking to provide us with information regarding allergies, mobility issues and additional needs to ensure we can facilitate your encounter and provide an exemplary experience.

Accessibility: These encounters do require guests to cover distances which last for the allotted encounter time. The majority of our animal enclosures are accessible, please let the Wildlife team know if you have any mobility or accessibility issues prior to the encounter so we can ensure it is tailored to your needs.
