Uniform Group Visits
Coming brand new to 2023! ‘Adventure Groups’ is a brand-new initiative designed to welcome uniform groups into Askham Bryan Wildlife Park.
Whether you’re Brownies, Cubs, Scouts, Guides or other uniformed groups, this adventure is for you!
During set evenings in the Summer, your informative guide will take your adventure groups on an exciting journey of discovery, leading you face to face with some of our inquisitive animals in the Wildlife Park!
You will have the exclusivity of the Wildlife Park after hours, allowing you to absorb all aspects of nature as you walk through our indoor and outdoor areas. Be sure to keep an eye out for our resident native species too!
As you walk through the park, your informative educational guide will keep your adventure groups fascinated with lots of animal knowledge, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions as we go along.
What dates and times are the Adventure Groups?
Adventure groups can be pre-booked for every Tuesday in June and July 2024
All adventure groups times are: 5:45pm – 7:15pm and include an exclusive tour of the Wildlife Park
Prices
All adventure groups qualify for our Educational rates at £5 per learner . A set number of adults are permitted free under the NSPCC recommended supervision rates. Additional adults at £5 per person.
All payment will be made via an online link that will be shared from the Wildlife Park to your Bursar contact
NSPCC supervision rates are as follows:

How many can I bring?
Our minimum Adventure group is 15 Children.
Please get in touch with your maximum numbers and we will do our best to accomodate your group!
We also offer self-guided visits during our opening hours too (weekends and holidays). We are more than happy to supply your organisation with some self guided trails and information to enhace their wildlife adventure!

How do I book?
Please send us an email at wildlife@askham-bryan.ac.uk with your name, organisation, preferred date and numbers.
A member of our education team will be in touch if your preffered date is available and if so, you will be asked to complete a booking form to secure your booking. If your date is not available, we will provide you with alternative dates dependant on availability. Payment will be sent via invoice after your visit.
